The Event
The Wedding
The programme of the ceremony is currently scheduled as follows:
- 15:00 – Entry into the venue
- 15:30 – Start of the wedding ceremony
- 16:00 – Reception, congratulations and cheers!
- 17:30 – Start of the dinner
- 19:30 – End of the dinner
- 20:00 – Party including cultural suprirses
- 23:00 – Midnight buffet(!)

We are super happy that so many of you are flying in for this and we'd therefore love to provide you with a full itinerary for your stay.
The main event will be on Friday the 27th, but we have organized additional (optional) meet ups on Thursday and Saturday as well.

Best way to get to the Neco Winery Estate
We have organized a bus to transport you to the venue.
Of course, you can organize your own transport as well. Taxi’s are easy to come by in Bratislava and not too expensive.

Flying to Bratislava
Bratislava is closely located to the Slovak boarder with Austria, and only an hour away from Vienna! This makes the city easy to reach from 2 airports and by multiple Airlines:
Bratislava Airport
– RyanAir
– 20 minutes from the Bratislava City Centre
Vienna International Airport
– Austrian Airlines, KLM, Aerlingus, RyanAir (and more)
– 1 hour from Bratislava City Center
Where to Stay
As the wedding venue in Modra is easy to reach from the city, we recommend staying in the city of Bratislava. We recommend booking as soon as possible as prices might increase closer to the date.
We recommend three hotels. For Hotel Saffron and Falkensteiner, we managed to get a discount voucher.

Hotel Saffron
We have managed to get discounts for you if you refer to our code when booking a room at this hotel. Hotel Saffron is a 4* hotel in the centre of Bratislava, 10 mins walk to the Old Town pedestrian area. The bus transfer from the wedding venue will be arranged from/to this hotel.
To redeem the below discounts, please book your room by emailing the hotel at rezervacia@hotelsaffron.sk and redeem the below rates with the code “svadba Evertsen” (wedding Evertsen).
The agreed rates are below:
- SINGLE ROOM – 73€/ room/ night
- STANDARD TWIN ROOM (2 separate beds) – 88€/ room/ night

The above prices are inclusive of breakfast, gym, Wi-Fi and VAT. The city tax of 3.5 euros per person/night is not included.
*Deluxe room and the apartment have the minibar inclusive and include a 50% discount for parking.
Falkensteiner Hotel Bratislava
Falkensteiner Hotel Bratislava is also a 4* hotel in the city centre. It is 10 mins walk to the Bratislava Castle and 5 mints walk to the Old Town (pedestrian area). We have managed to get discounted rates below for your stay in this hotel.
- Comfort double room for 129,00 €/room/night
- Comfort single room for 109,00 €/room/night
Both room bookings are inclusive of breakfast and spa access!

Danubia Gate Hotel
We also recommend Hotel Danubia Gate. A hotel in the heart of the city centre.
They still have most of the rooms available for our dates, so we would recommend to get in touch with them directly. Unfortunately, they were not able to get us any discounts. In case many guests decide to stay in this hotel, we can arrange the bus to drop you off here after the wedding.

Midnight Buffet
One of Jelle's favourite Slovak Wedding traditions is the midnight buffet.
Prepare yourselfs for another round of food at 23:00!
Parking
It is possible to park around the venue in Modra, however the venue itself does not offer parking spaces.
Kids & +1's
We will celebrate this day with adults only (18+).
Unfortunately we are limited in space, bringing +1's is therefore not possible.
